Rengginang

Rengginang, also known as ranginang, is an Indonesian thick rice cracker variation that is formed into a flat, spherical shape, seasoned with spices, and then sun-dried. The rice is cooked glutinous sticky rice. To make a crispy rice cracker, sun-dried rengginang is deep-fried with lots of cooking oil.
