Karupuk Melarat

Crackers melarat is one of the typical foods of Cirebon Indonesia. This food is served by adding sour chili sauce. The cracker snack is very suitable to eat during the dry season, apart from increasing your appetite, it can also raise your enthusiasm for work. Tapioca flour is the basic ingredient, shaped like a tangled raffia rope with various colors, including pink, yellow, white and green. Melarat means poor. Melarat crackers are called that because they are fried without using cooking oil, but using sand that has been cleaned first, which goes through a drying and filtering process by sifting.
