It's very simple, very humble, yet when enjoyed, it tastes so delicious. Sticky rice is soaked until soft, then ground into powder, drained of water, placed on a tray, left to dry, and then steamed."

"Although it's called 'pink cake,' in reality, the cake is entirely white from the inside out. The cake is large, about 2-3 cm thick, and is quite chewy, making it not easy to cut into the proper diamond shape. When sliced, the cake reveals a cloudy white interior, not very smooth, with airy gaps throughout."
